WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do our best to ensure your happiness with The NU’! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and want to return your items, we have a return policy and will entertain your request for a return with the following conditions:
HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please use The NU’ Return Portal to initiate the return or exchange process.
- You will choose the items you want to return or exchange by visiting the portal.
- Please send the item to USPS location with the return label. Once we receive the item, we will be responsible for processing your refund or exchange request and will notify you via e-mail.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED?
Once our Returns Department receives the item, processing your return or refund request will take 7 to 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 5-10 business days, check the tracking information to see if the company's Returns Department has received the item. If the item has been delivered, please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund request.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Although it rarely happens, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective item, please contact us at thenuwear@gmail.com. Please send us a message with the order number, photos of the defective items, and a brief description. We will immediately assess the problem and solve the issue.
HOW CAN YOU HELP ME AVOID ONLINE IDENTITY THEFT & CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENCE?
We have the right to validate the credit card’s authenticity. Once we have used your credit card information, we destroy the information and do not use it for any other purposes. We only use the information for verifying the credit card’s identity and shipping address. This way, we can help you stay away from the effects deceitful activities.
