The NU' Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return policy for items purchased at full price, not discounted price. An item qualifies for a return and exchange if it is in a new condition, unused, and with tags. We require proof of purchase if we delivered any faulty or damaged items by mistake, and you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return them.

We accept returns and exchange requests with a return authorization number that we issue. With this number, you can ship the item back to us and will bear its costs. We will not be responsible for covering shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Remember that we do not return or exchange clearance products because these are final sale. If you have received an order and taken advantage of our complimentary/free shipping service on it, and your return
causes the total order amount to fall below $100, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be able to receive a full refund if you choose store credit.

We also exchange items to ensure your convenience. We offer exchanges for items if you are not satisfied with the colors or if there are size issues. We on accept exchange request for items that are unworn, have original condition, and still have the original tags attached. We cannot accommodate your request if you request for a return or exchange for different styles.

We do not charge for items that you want to exchange.
